Who resolved to lose weight in 2015? If so, you may want to add a smoothie to your diet. I love them because I can control calories. Honestly, I don’t do anything fancy- I use the Melaleuca shakes and just add some fruit so I get some vitamin C. Some of my blogging buddies have great ideas on how to limit calories and not compromise on taste. Most of my super smoothies are pretty healthy, but I’ve included a decadent one at the end because, why not? You can’t be good all the time, right?
