I’ve partnered once again with a group of bloggers to bring you our most popular recipes of 2015. It’s so fun to see what other bloggers create and to see what their readers love. You can check out everyone in the series here. Such a wide variety of fun things to cook. Be sure to pin your favorites for later.
I’m going to kick this years most popular recipes off with my top recipe post of all time!
We used to make this Seafood Lasagna at Christmas because it was the $100 lasagna. So many ingredients. It’s also lighter than a traditional creamy lasagna with no heavy cream. It’s a winner.

My top round-up post last year (a compilation of bloggers recipes) was this Super Smoothies one. It’s hard to find a smoothie recipe that’s healthy and low in calories. All of these are great!

This next one surprised me a little. Macaroni Salad isn’t that exciting. Apparently, everyone on Pinterest thought it was because it got all kinds of attention. Once again, this recipe is a little lighter because I’m not big on real mayonnaise.

Everyone loves an easy recipe and nothing is more simple than throwing a few ingredients in the slow cooker to see what happens. This Chicken Tacos recipe is probably one of the easiest things I’ve ever made (except for Two-Ingredient Pot Roast) and it’s definitely family friendly.

I am a big sucker when it comes to potatoes. I will eat them all day long, especially if they’re topped with cheese. I made these Irish Nachos for St. Patrick’s Day but you can make them any day of the week. They’re delicious and kids love them. The secret? Bake the potatoes before you fry them.

I made this lasagna out of stuff I had in the fridge one night as an easy meal. It wound up to be so delicious that I decided to use it on the blog. You’ll love this Zucchini, Spinach and Pepperoni Lasagna. Don’t like meat? Omit the pepperoni.

And, here’s a bonus post. This recipe was posted in November. Not enough time to gain a ton of traction but I tell you what, it’s delicious. You don’t need to have holiday turkey leftover to make this tasty Turkey, Brie and Cranberry Panini. It’s awesome.
