Today is National Spaghetti Day!
If you’re looking for some great spaghetti recipes, I have 15 for you. Why not more? It seems to be a noodle that doesn’t get a lot of attention. In fact, when I reached out to my blogging friends for their recipes, I didn’t get many ( I even tried to search to no avail). Obviously, I need to do another post with pasta because there are tons of recipes out there with odd-shaped noodles. Stay tuned for that one.
Red sauce seems to be the favorite when it comes to topping this noodle. While I love the taste of anything tomato, I was looking for recipes that had a little twist instead of just sauce and meatballs. My favorite one of the whole post? The Sesame Noodles from Growing up Gabel. That’s a gal that thinks outside of the box.
With all the paleo and clean eating plans out there, you can probably substitute zucchini noodles in many of these dishes. That way you can partake if you’re gluten-free as well. You’ll have to try a few of these and let me know which ones you like. They’re definitely on my list.
