Football season's started and that means it's time for our girls to dance. I'm in charge of dance team motivators this year and I'm having a blast. There's not a ton of stuff out there when you Google, so I'm posting all the fun things we make so you can steal them shamelessly for your team. Usually, I use Pic Monkey to edit all my photos. However, this time, I used Canva to create some really cool things. First up- a pony tail holder for our first home football game.
I bought the pony tail holders at Dollar Tree for $1 (four to a pack) and then some puffy paint at Wal Mart. While the pony tail holders were drying, I created this card. The girls loved it because it was original. The next day we had a pep assembly.
I didn't want to do the typical “You're a star” motivator so Rosie and I put our heads together. We came up with the burst idea after talking about what a busy week it would be. Turned out cute. Finally, that Saturday, we had our first parade.
I decided to make all the posters this year on card stock so the girls can scrapbook with them at the end of the year. I put this together using free elements from Canva. Turned out cute, don't you think?
