Halloween Treats (no tricks)

I have a confession to make: I love a good party and I love Halloween treats. Back when Rosie went trick-or-treating with a big group of friends and her Daddy, we’d have everyone over to our house for dinner before. Usually, I’d make something boring like hot dogs for the kids and chili for the adults. We always knew the kids would have plenty of Halloween candy from trick or treating because our neighborhood goes a little overboard. There’s even a full-blown haunted house  that is spooky as hell.
