There is nothing in the world more delicious than Homemade Baileys Irish Cream (except maybe the real thing). So, to celebrate the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day holiday, we thought we’d share our version with you. We’ve been making this recipe for years. Lots of jars have been given away during the holidays (we even had a Schwan’s guy once who would ask for it if we forgot). It’s easy to make and oh, so delicious. Hope you enjoy!
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbs. Hershey's chocolate syrup
- 1 tbs. Cream of coconut
- 1 1/4 cups Irish Whiskey
- 2 cups heavy cream
- Blend all ingredients together. Add cream last. Pour over ice or in coffee and enjoy.
