My love affair with Amazon Prime has extended into kitchen essentials. Why leave the house to shop when it can be delivered to your door in two days or less? Here are some of my favorite things in my kitchen that I highly recommend. You need all of these kitchen essentials.
Instant Pot– This is a must have for a busy mom. You can throw frozen chicken in it and have dinner in a half hour. Perfect for someone like me that doesn't plan so well. It also makes amazing Red Beans and Rice.
Digital Scale– I have a confession to make. I use my scale to weigh my LuLaRoe packages because it was less expensive than buying a postal one. This one is super accurate and it's perfect if you're counting calories and cooking a lot.
Spiralizer– I love Zoodles! Great alternative if you're looking for a way to add more veggies to your diet. This spiralizer has multiple blades so you can use it for more than just veggie noodles.
Krups Spice and Coffee Grinder– We have one and love it. Easy way to grind your own coffee or spices. Super fresh!
Keurig– I've complained in the past that Keurig coffee is expensive but I've decided that the Keurig is one of the best inventions since sliced bread. I only drink one cup of coffee a day so I used to hate to make a pot and waste. Now I don't have to.
Lodge Cast Iron Skillet– This pan is pre-seasoned so it saves some of the hard work that's involved to get a cast iron skillet ready to use. What could be better than that?
Blue Tooth Sous Vide Cooker– I haven't tried cooking with this yet, but I've heard that you can make restaurant quality food because it has precise temperature. This one is reasonably priced.
Hamilton Beach Food Processor– Latkes. That's what I use mine for but there are probably eight million uses for a food processor.
Bamboo Cutting Boards– My plastic cutting boards always get warped because people put them in the dishwasher. Since these need to be hand washed, I avoid that problem.
Stainless Steel Measuring Spoons– Perfect measuring every time and since they're attached they don't mysteriously fall down the garbage disposal.
Circulon Non-Stick Baking set– Two pans and a rack. And, they make perfect cookies.
Herb Saver– I love mozzarella, basil and tomatoes when we hit the season but my basil always wilts. Totally trying this handy dandy saver this spring.
