Like the taste of an expensive pumpkin latte but don’t want to break your budget? Try this pumpkin spice creamer in your morning cup of coffee. Add a little whipped cream, and you’re good to go!
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Stir constantly so that the pumpkin mixes in completely and does not scorch.
- Once heated through, remove from heat.
- Store creamer in the refrigerator and shake well before each use.
