I have a confession to make. A year of homeschooling, sitting in the hospital and at doctors has taken a toll on me. I've been pretty unmotivated. My hip injury and the fact that I haven't been able to play tennis haven't really helped and sitting in front of a computer all day is bad on my body. Now that we're back in school, it's time for me to #FeelGooder and that includes focusing on things that make me happy. I'll start by adding ZonePerfect's Perfectly Simple bars to my daily routine.
Why? I need to lose a few pounds (that would make me ecstatic). First, I plan to put these on. Hop on the treadmill every day and push through my stupid hip pain. That would definitely help me #FeelGooder.
