It’s another Sunday and you’re sitting there trying to figure out what’s for dinner, right? I’ve heard from lots of readers that say that they never meal plan? Why not? It can make your life so much easier and we’re here to help.
As promised, here are seven dinner ideas and a dessert. This week there’s a pretty wide variety so hopefully there’s something for everyone. One thing I know for sure, I need to do a better job with vegetarian options on my own blog, because I read the comments and people want them. I’ll have to put my thinking cap on for some good ideas. If you have requests, just let me know.

I am making pulled pork right now in the slow cooker, so we’ll have that two nights this week and I’ll freeze for another meal and pull it out later. How many of you do that? Double your meals so you can have another one in a couple of weeks? We do it every week and it makes life easier when it’s busy and there’s no time to cook. No fast food here at the CB house.
As for this week’s recipes, I am totally trying the Slow Cooker Balsalmic Chicken. If you haven’t figured out, I am a huge slow cooker fan and we’re big chicken lovers. It’s at the top of my list for this week. What do you think you’ll add to your menu planning for the week?
