What’s for dinner you ask? Lots of great recipes!
We’re back for the second week and have more great recipes to share. Remember, each week you get seven dinner ideas and one dessert. Perfect to plan you’re whole week. Ironically, last week we all submitted chicken recipes which doesn’t work, so we went back to the drawing board and came up with some new ones so you’d get a variety of tastes. I think we did well, don’t you?
The past week, we ate poorly at the CB home. None of us felt well and we were swamped after our Disney trip. I think we had take-out three times. Not only is that expensive, it’s full of calories. I can’t wait to get back on track.
My recipe this week is Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore. If you haven’t figured it out, I’m all about easy recipes that the entire family will love. This one was a big hit at my home and I think it will be at yours.

So, what do you plan to make? First on my list is the Seared Ahi Tuna with Mushrooms, Peas and Couscous. I think it looks amazing and my entire family will love it. We don’t seem to eat enough fish around here so we need to plan better. See? I’m using my own menu planning post!
